1. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and provide a replacement or full refund.

- Sale or clearance items

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
